How long does it take to make my custom product?
Each custom item is lovingly handcrafted to your specifications. Depending on the complexity and current order volume, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for our team to meticulously create and package your personalized item before it's ready for shipping or pickup.
Can I rush my custom order?
We always try our best to accommodate special requests! If you need your custom item sooner than our standard 5 business day turnaround, please contact us before placing your order. We'll check our current workload and let you know if a faster timeline is possible.
How do I upload my photos or text for customization?
You can add your personalized text in the "Order Notes" section during checkout. For photos, please send them directly to our email at devonportgiftstas@gmail.com or via text message to +61 0466468919after you've placed your order.
Can I see a preview (mock-up) of my custom product before it's made?
To get your special gift to you as quickly as possible, we generally do not send previews unless we have a specific question about your photo or request. Please double-check your spelling (if applicable) and ensure you've uploaded your best photo!
What is your return and modification policy for custom products?
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a quality defect or a printing error on our part. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, or request one free design modification within 48 hours. Please contact us immediately for any changes.
