2. Send Your Photos: After ordering, please reply to your confirmation email with clear, well-lit photos of your pet. Natural daylight photos are essential for us to match the colours accurately.

3. We Get to Work: Our artist will meticulously handcraft your custom sculpture. This process takes time, as we don't rush perfection!

4. Final Review: Once completed, we will send you photos of the finished product for your review. We are happy to make up to 3 minor adjustments to ensure you love it.

5. Shipping: After your final approval, we will carefully package and ship your one-of-a-kind sculpture.
